Things to know

Deposit and rent

  • The security deposit is one month’s rent, and you can split it into two payments.
  • It’s protected with a government-approved DPS scheme and refundable at the end of your stay, subject to the usual checks.
  • Rent is paid monthly and is due only once the tenancy agreement is fully signed.
How deposit protection works

Reserving the room

  • To reserve, you pay a holding deposit of £219 for this room, capped at one week’s rent. It counts towards your move-in balance.
  • Booking a viewing does not reserve the room.
  • We follow the Tenant Fees Act.
