Deposit and rent

The security deposit is one month’s rent, and you can split it into two payments.
It’s protected with a government-approved DPS scheme and refundable at the end of your stay, subject to the usual checks.
Rent is paid monthly and is due only once the tenancy agreement is fully signed.
